Properly-set goals  is motivating, The habit of setting and achieving goals builds confidence and improves performance and unleashes potential.

The key to tapping this growth potential is beginning the process. Taking  the first steps and acting  on realizations and awareness, tapping on feelings and emotions that in many ways reveal to us unmet needs .Discerning these needs from the many wants that the ego self will throw our way will clarify the goals that will lead us to fulfillment of our work and hence , our lives.

Know the steps to be taken to bring these goals into action and be able to break up their objectives into do-able parts.
Learn specific tools to help them overcome roadblocks and stay on track
Understand the necessity of reviews and reassessments of their progress and the end goal and have the tools for doing it.
