This 8 hour workshop will cover the topics of communication as follows

  • They will have the tools to troubleshoot problems in communication.

  • They will know the main points of good communication and they will have practiced the skills involved.

  • They will have some idea of their own weaknesses in terms of communication and what to do about it

  • They will have at their disposal the practical tools of good communication which includes deep listening as well as rapport building.

  • They will be shown the different scenarios which involve workplace as well as home environments and be empowered to be the one who initiates good communication.
