THE FOUNDER The CEO of Holistic Leaders Sdn Bhd is Dr Suriyakhatun Osman, ICF accredited Certified Professional Coach . She is also a Medical Doctor, Energy Healer and Human Resource development Trainer whose focus is Holistic Development of the Human Being. She developed training modules in 2004. These motivational and self development modules were formulated in answer to the needs of her NGO Jamaah Islah and she has since used these modules in giving training to various clubs and NGOs. In August of 2004 she was an assistant facilitator for an ISIM (Based in Amsterdam) Rights at Home Project in Lebanon for over 70 participants. She was also invited to the pre-workshop meetings held in South Africa in February of 2004. Among the modules she has designed are those on communication, right brain thinking, creative thinking and emotional /spiritual intelligence. The methods she uses are a combination of presentations, training games, journalling, and interactive learning using video clips, role plays, groups discussions and neurolinguistic programming techniques.

ABOUT CORPORATE COACH ACADEMY

Set up in 2001, Corporate Coach Academy is a full fledged coach learning institution and the first of its kind in this region.  It is credited to have introduced Coaching into Malaysia; raising high coaching awareness and making coach learning possible to everyone. THE FOUNDER

Dr Michael Heah (mikeheah@corporate-coach.com), is the founder and CEO of Corporate Coach Academy.

He is an ICF Credentialed Professional Certified Coach and the first to have acquired this world class coaching qualification in Malaysia and is among the few in Asia.  He is also qualified with other international coaching qualifications, including the Licensed Coach-Trainer from the International Coach Academy, another world renowned coaching institution.

Academically, he is qualified with a Doctorate and Masters in Hospitality & Tourism, a Degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Psychology from various universities in UK.

Michael’s contribution to Coaching in Malaysia and in this part of the world is tremendous.  He has not only helped hundreds of individuals and organizations to their success, he has also created a high Coaching presence here.  His many initiatives include founding the International Coach Federation Malaysia Chapter to build a coach community and writing and appearing regularly in both the local and international medias.  He is a columnist on Coaching in New Straits Times.  He is a sought after speaker and coach-trainer by many organizations to share his wide coaching knowledge and experience.  He is also the only Malaysian (probably in Asia) to have coached coach-students in all parts of the world, notably Europe, North America, Canada and Australia.

His professional reputation is also recognized through his work with international agencies such as the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation, European Union, World Tourism Council, etc.  He also contributes at governmental level, notably the Ministry of Tourism of Malaysia, Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and the Ministry of Culture & Tourism of Indonesia.  Notwithstanding this, his huge client base includes Petronas, Shell, Siemens, Intel and public universities in Malaysia and abroad.

He is well-backed up by 30 solid years of hands-on professional experience that covered a wide range of portfolios in various industries, from a shop floor worker to CEO positions.
